- You may cancel your service at any time by providing written notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
- No refunds will be issued for the current billing period, but no further charges will be made once the notice period has ended.
2- For one-time projects (e.g., website design, content creation):
- If you wish to cancel a project that is in progress, you will be billed for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Any unused portion of a prepaid fee may be refunded at our discretion, less any costs incurred.
